1. Delivery Coverage
Framora Gifts ships pan-India. If you're ever unsure whether we deliver to your pincode, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Since every item is made to order, please allow 1-2 days for production before your order ships. Total delivery time — from order confirmation to your doorstep — is typically around one week, depending on your location. Fragile items like frames and trophies may take slightly longer due to extra care in packaging.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below that amount. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll update its status in your account under "My Orders" and notify you via WhatsApp/email where possible. For couriered orders, tracking details will be shared as soon as they're available.
5. Packaging
We pack every item with care — fragile products like photo frames and trophies get extra protective packaging to minimise the risk of transit damage.
6. Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (courier delays, weather, regional restrictions) may affect delivery timelines. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens to your order.
